Foça Cuisine is mostly composed of different kinds of herbs. Delicious dishes made with olive oil from artichokes, fennel, radish, nettle and mallow, appetizers and salads are some of the herbs growing in and around Foca. Fish and other sea products have also a big importance in Foça Cuisine. Fish with yogurt, fish soup, stuffed calamari and stuffed fish are some of the delicacies that you should taste.

Emine Akıncı, known as Emine Bacı(sister), who was mentioned in many gourmet’s corners in regional and national press, making gözleme(a kind of flap cake) in a place between Yeni Bağarası Village and Yenifoça is the most famous gözleme maker in the region.
